Our subscription
IonicMD programs are month-to-month, billed every 4 weeks. Menopause care is billed every 12 weeks ($237). You can cancel at any time.
Refund and cancellation options
- If you become ineligible based on new labs or clinical findings, you may cancel immediately. Payments for prior billing periods are not refunded.
- If medication cost makes continuing impractical, you may cancel immediately. Payments for prior billing periods are not refunded.
- You may cancel anytime and receive a full refund for the current billing cycle as long as your visit with a licensed provider has not yet occurred.
How to cancel
Log in to your patient portal or email [email protected]. To avoid being charged for your next billing period, cancel before your renewal date.
