This Privacy Policy explains how Luxe Glow Labs LLC, doing business as IonicMD ("IonicMD," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit ionicmd.com or my.ionicmd.com (the "Site"), create an account or use our services. It should be read together with our Terms of Use.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name and email address when you sign up for updates or contact us, and anything you include if you email us.
- Account and order information: if you create an account, your name, contact details, date of birth, shipping address and order history.
- Health information: answers you give in the online health assessment and messages with your provider. This information is collected for, and handled on behalf of, the independent medical group that provides your care, as described under "Medical services and health information" below.
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited and referring website. If we use analytics or advertising tools, they may use cookies or similar technologies, as described below.
Please do not send health details by regular email. Use the secure patient portal at my.ionicmd.com instead.

Cookies and analytics

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with the Medical Group and the licensed pharmacies that fill prescriptions, so they can provide your care and ship your order; with service providers who help us run the Site, process payments and communicate with you (for example, hosting, payment processing and email delivery), who may use it only to provide those services to us; when required by law; or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Medical services and health information
IonicMD does not practice medicine. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians affiliated with OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated professional entities (the "Medical Group"). Health information you provide in your assessment, in messages with your provider or through the patient portal is protected health information of the Medical Group and is used and disclosed as described in the Medical Group's Notice of Privacy Practices (also available here on our site) and as permitted by HIPAA and other applicable law. IonicMD and our technology partners handle that information only as business associates of the Medical Group, under written agreements that require it to be protected. We do not sell health information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data retention and security
We keep contact and marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example, New Jersey, California, Washington and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Children
The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
