Who is eligible?
Generally, adult men ages 18 to 85 who are having difficulty with erections and have had a physical exam with a healthcare provider within the past 3 years. A licensed provider makes the final decision.
How much medication can I get, and how do refills work?
Your first prescription may cover up to a 3-month supply, with up to 3 refills depending on your provider's assessment. When you need more, complete a short follow-up questionnaire and your provider will review whether ongoing treatment is appropriate.

Yes. You can contact a licensed clinician at any point to ask questions or get guidance.
Important safety information. Do not take ED medications if you take nitrates (often prescribed for chest pain) or riociguat, as this can cause a sudden, dangerous drop in blood pressure. Tell your provider if you have heart, liver or kidney problems or take alpha-blockers. Common side effects include headache, flushing, upset stomach, nasal congestion and back pain. Get medical help right away for an erection lasting more than 4 hours or sudden vision or hearing loss.
