Let's clear things up

Questions? We've got answers.

Who it's for

Menopause care may be considered for adults experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause. A licensed provider reviews your health history, symptoms and any risk factors, and decides whether treatment is appropriate and which option fits you.

What treatment options are available?

Your provider can prescribe Estradiol as a daily cream or a twice-weekly patch, each paired with Progesterone, or as a daily tablet. If hormone therapy isn't right for you, a non‑hormonal daily tablet (Paroxetine or Desvenlafaxine) may be considered. Every option is $237 per 12 weeks.

How does it work?

Complete an online intake. A licensed provider reviews it and, if appropriate, prescribes treatment. Some states require a video visit first. Every 12 weeks you complete a short check-in so your provider can review how you're doing and adjust your plan.

Do I need labs?

Not always. Your provider orders labs only if they're needed for your medication or symptoms. Labs aren't included in the program price.

Do I need insurance?

No. The program is cash-pay: $79 per month, billed as $237 every 12 weeks.

Are these brand-name medications?

Your provider prescribes the medication that fits your plan. We'll confirm with each prescription whether it is a compounded or standard pharmacy product.

Can I talk to my provider between check-ins?

Yes. You can message your care team through the patient portal.

Important safety information for estrogen and progestogen therapy. Estrogen-alone therapy can increase the risk of endometrial cancer in women with a uterus; adding a progestogen lowers this risk. Estrogen therapy, with or without a progestogen, can increase the risk of stroke, blood clots, heart attack, breast cancer and probable dementia in women 65 and older. Do not use hormone therapy if you have unexplained vaginal bleeding, a history of breast cancer or other estrogen-dependent cancer, a history of blood clots, stroke or heart attack, liver disease, or if you are pregnant. Common side effects include headache, breast tenderness, bloating, nausea and irregular bleeding. Non‑hormonal options (paroxetine, desvenlafaxine) carry their own warnings, including a boxed warning about suicidal thoughts in young adults. Your provider will review your health history before prescribing and will check in with you every 12 weeks. Read the full Important Safety Information.
